ANZ’s Talent & Culture division moving to adopt Agile as part of the bank’s ‘New Ways of Working’ (NWOW) transformation program [#Agile #ANZ #NWOW]

The 600 employees in ANZ’s Talent & Culture (T & C) division are moving to adopt Agile ways of organizing themselves as part of the bank’s ‘New Ways of Working’ (NWOW) transformation program.

According to ANZ general manager, group technology transformation, Robert Marchiori, The bank is looking at Risk and Finance as 2 groups that are candidates for transitioning to NWOW.

T & C is now organized into “squads” and “tribes”.

Like the rest of ANZ, T & C is now significantly flatter.
